Beautiful hotel to get away from it all but needs slightly better upkeep

The property is dominated buy and amazing pool that is as enjoyable to be in as it is to look at. The property is well maintained and feels like a little paradise. The room was huge and elegantly designed. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

More attention needs to be paid to the little things. The glass doors in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a while, the tea and coffee provided in room felt cheap and stingy, the door to the bedroom needed adjusting, the kitchen trash bin was not emptied one day during cleaning, the beach was full of trash.

Amazing rooms, amazing view, staff were great. Not great facilities and not good food

The room was unbelievably amazing, we had the hillside pool villa and the views were incredible.

Wasn’t a well maintained hotel, it was a little neglected. No attention to detail. The food however wasn’t good at all, very limited in choices and when you order something from the menu you always get something different depending on what they have available. I was even served 2 dead bees in my coffee.

Overall nice, but missing some extras

The resort itself was very nice, the staff were friendly, and overall the rooms were fantastic. In fact, very big, very comfortable rooms!

The food menu was quite small, and with nothing else around, we had to eat the same thing several times. Also, for such a big place, they didn't have anything for our little one to do. A slide or small playground would be nice!

Relaxing & Stunning Views

The view was stunning from our room - it was also big and spacious with a big bath, 2 showers and your own private pool/sunbathing area. There was a massive king sized bed and a pull out couch - it also had a microwave & large fridge. The staff were welcoming and friendly and because our room was at the top of the resort, we were escorted to and from the area for breakfast, in a car. We had breakfast included and enjoyed some of the food available on room service and they were all delicious. We also had the option to have the floating breakfast which was a nice experience We also had a few staff help drive my partner to the nearby Amart to purchase some food we stocked in our fridge. We opted to get picked up from the airport as the airport was 1.5hrs away and it was $50 - we also used the transport going back at the end of our stay & it worked out to be so much easier for us as it was difficult to get Gojek from there. It was a quite time when we were there and at one point were 1 of 3 guests staying there - so if you want a quiet spot to go to (during Ramadan) then this is the spot for you

The pool wasn’t clean and my partner and I ended up getting really itchy skin after swimming in the pool so we didn’t end up using it as much as we wanted to. There was also a lot of food we wanted to try from the room service menu but they just didn’t have it available so we decided to try and get some snacks and foods from the store and that was when we realised the closest store was smart which was a bit of a drive away. So location wise, there are not many stores around in walking distance. Although the room we had was beautiful it was very outdated and the floors and walls were quite rustic and definitely needed some TLC. There was a random space behind the room (under the stairs) had a dried up water fountain that could have been used as a nice area for a table to eat at as the only table we could eat at was the centrepiece table and we had to sit on the floor to enjoy a decent meal together Lastly - the wildlife there were centipedes crawling everywhere and geckos and bugs flying around - beware of the monkeys too that crawl onto the balconies and pools Overall it was a good experience and we will definitely recommend

„Penthouse mit Meerblick aber grauenhaftes Essen

Schöne Anlage. Das Penthouse oberhalb des Hotels ist genial, traumhafte Aussicht aufs Meer und insgesamt ein echtes Highlight!

Spa-Bereich war zu den genannten Öffnungszeiten nicht besetzt, sehr uneinlandend, ohne Personal, Musik oder Klima, nach längerer Wartezeit sind wir dann ohne Massage gegangen. Der allgemeine Pool ist ganz nett, aber nur 3 der Liegen sind mit Matten ausgestattet, die restlichen Liegen sind also hartes Plastik, sehr unorganisiert. Essen war grauenhaft. Sehr wenig Auswahl, geschmacklich ausnahmslos schrecklich. Das Frühstück eine Katastrophe und sehr dürftig. Wir wären wegen des Penthouses mit der schönen Aussicht vielleicht noch länger geblieben (obwohl die vielen Öffnungen viele Insekten hereinließen) aber aufgrund des schlechten Essens sind wir nicht länger geblieben.

Very Good

The staff were amazing, lovely friendly helpful people. They helped us to organise a beautiful dinner for my partner's birthday and helped us to celebrate it too. We stayed in a hill top villa with private pool, the view is incredible. Beautiful place. Highly recommend the snorkelling trip to a local island with coral reef, and a nearby floating restaurant for seafood lunch.

The location is more isolated than we expected so if you want to explore at all it is best to have a rental car.

Fantastisch appartement op een fantastisch resort

Het ongelooflijk grote zwembad en het ongelooflijk grote appartement! En de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel.

Veel faciliteiten zijn ‘in maintenance’ zoals de wellness, de poolbar en de beachbar. En er waren nauwelijks gasten, er was meer personeel dan gasten.

big room with open wide sea view blue sea & white heavy clouds make you release all your pressure lay on the terrace can also enjoy the beautiful stars all the staff there are friendly and helpful，they have efficient response to all your needs

„Yes, but...

Gute Basis für schnorchel Ausflüge. Die anlage ist wunderbar gepflegt. Es ist sehr ruhig, aber dafür ist die Musik im Restaurant viel zu laut. Die Betten sind bequem, die Dusche gut, das Bad groß.

Der hauseigene Strand ist geschlossen, es gibt auch sonst keine Möglichkeit schön am Meer zu sein. . Taxifahrten in die Umgebung sind sehr teuer und man ist einfach weit weg von allem. Wir waren abends allein und es rannte regelmäßig eine Ratte herum. In einem Zimmer hatten wir Bettwanzenbisse. Die vollmontierte Küche mit Herd und Kühlschrank ist kaum ausgestattet (keine Töpfe, Pfannen). Der Pool hat unabgedeckte Filter die für Kinder gefährlich sind. Sie können angesaugt werden. Das Hotel hat nach der Corona Pause erst wieder geöffnet und vieles ist einfach noch nicht renoviert.

„Wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht. Jedoch sollte man einen Aufenthalt dort unbedingt vermeiden.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt wenigstens ein bißchen zu verbessern. Allerdings konnten sie bei diesem Hotel auch nicht viel ausrichten. Das Zimmer an sich war nicht schlecht (Rooftop-Villa mit eigenem Pool.

Leider waren wir praktisch die einzigen Gäste in dem ganzen Resort. Auf Grund dieser Tatsache waren die Auswahlmöglichkeiten beim Frühstück extrem eingeschränkt. Es gab nur drei verschiedene Varianten zur Auswahl, die leider überhaupt keinem Standard entsprechen. Das Frühstück kann man eigentlich vergessen, Cappucino oder Latte musste mit rund 3 € extra bezahlt werden. Darüber hinuas waren die Zimmer leider dreckig und abgewohnt. Trotz unserer Aufforderung, diese nachzureinigen, sah sich das Hotel in einer Woche nicht in der Lage dem abzuhelfen. Der sog. Beach-Club war in einem derart erbärmlichen Zustand, das sich so etwas noch nie gesehen habe. Verrottete Liegen, zerrissene Sonnenschirme, überall Dreck, Müll und Gestank, unglaublich. Insgesamt muss man von dem Hotel leider vollkommen abraten. Hier müsste wirklich viel geändert und verbessert werden.

Staff molto cordiale e accogliente. Ristorante ottimo e abbondante. Soggiorno in famiglia molto rilassante.

Si vede che la struttura è stata da poco riaperta. La spiaggia è inutilizzabile (molto sporca e la struttura è abbandonata. Le foto della struttura che mostrano una bella spiaggia attrezzata vanno rimosse perché fuorvianti. Nelle nostre ville mancava la cassaforte in camera.
