What was the highlight of Sundancer Residences and Villas Lombok
Beautiful hotel to get away from it all but needs slightly better upkeep
The property is dominated buy and amazing pool that is as enjoyable to be in as it is to look at. The property is well maintained and feels like a little paradise. The room was huge and elegantly designed. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
More attention needs to be paid to the little things. The glass doors in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a while, the tea and coffee provided in room felt cheap and stingy, the door to the bedroom needed adjusting, the kitchen trash bin was not emptied one day during cleaning, the beach was full of trash.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. Big room and big pool. Location is good if you want to go for a trip to 3 gilis. We had an enjoyable stay overall.

The staff were incredible. Always smiling and happy to help in anyway
Breakfast was a little limited due to limited people at the resort. However, we basically had the resort to ourselves so only a small thing!
